Jennifer Kanistras, a Western Kentucky University graduate, initiated her career with Cash America's Internal Audit Department. She brings more than 25 years of industry expertise, including directorial roles in budgeting, management, sales, retail, and strategic planning at Value Pawn and Jewelry and Smart Financial. At SMG, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing Legal, Licensing, and Internal Audit departments, providing strategic guidance that ensures robust governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
